Art Gallery The art gallery at Horatius was designed to portray an exquisite array of artworks in the wonderful, spacious setting of our San Francisco venue. Since day one, Horatius defined itself as an everchanging space, a space to enjoy while celebrating with friends and family. The art gallery at Horatius was defined by a massive Barn Door, created and built onsite from reclaimed barn wood and hand-forged nails. Over time, this Barn Door became the icon of our San Francisco venue. In addition, natural lighting, atrium-like ceilings and a light, airy atmosphere made Horatius the perfect place for showcasing fine art. Local and international artists were featured for two years in a row on a rotating basis and all artwork was available for purchase. Naturally there will be changes as we move to Sonoma. The new space will be different but the principles and the goal of having artists featured in our new venue will be the same. |
