Classes may be about food and wine pairing, the art of cheesemaking or the world’s wine regions. Expert guests will speak on important topics such as sustainable food sources or the fish industry. Depending on the chef that we bring in, the class can be taped and available for purchase so that you can review the class and achieve a level of comfort and confidence in your own cooking abilities.
	With outstanding instructors, state-of-the art video monitors and sound system, and a soothing backdrop of blue and white tile, each class is a unique opportunity to experience the many facets of the food, wine and culture of the Bay Area.
